Mindfulness and Meditation Classes
We offer meditation through our Mindful Movement & Stillness Program at Community Gatherings and occasionally as an offering through a particular studio.
Please email us at [email protected] if you would like us to offer a free / donation-based meditation practice for your conference or community gathering.
If you are local to Seattle, we also practice weekly through our Compassionate Movement & Stillness MeetUp.
All welcome! No experience needed. We meditate for the first 5 to 15 minutes of practice before moving into our yoga flow.
