“Calling of the Four Directions”
Buenos Dias Dear Ones!
Would you be willing today to do nothing but sit in a sacred circle to call the directions? This training and attunement is offered from the beautiful Sunshine Coast of British Columbia.
At the Sunshine Float Center for Integrative health, there are two large Epsom salt float tanks filled with Ozonated water, exactly what people need in order to move beyond the pandemic of fear. It is not so much the virus itself, it is the pandemic of fear that has arisen from the root chakra. Whenever the trauma-informed somatic experience at the root of our lineage rises, know that this is not just this current lifetime. This is being brought to the surface, brought to the crown to rise to the sun, into the intelligence of the universe. This is our time to resurrect the truth of what it is that we are.
The Grandmothers circling the earth and many other networks like CoCreavatars have prepared many lifetimes for this ending of cycles and this emerging of something new. I have been riding waves of unstoppable joy, thanks to Marya Stark, for the last 3 weeks. It is time to really discern with our inner GPS to be instinctually strong, to know where to stay, where to move to, and for how long. Let’s remind ourselves that the fourth direction of the North is the Colibri. The hummingbird moves ever toward nourishment. To the frequency of joy. The hummingbird knows exactly where to move. If there is no joy the hummingbird moves. If there is no nourishment, she moves. Move like the hummingbird my dear ones!

Let us Open the Ceremony of our Lives
by opening to the Four Directions
There are four grandmothers and four grandfathers.
In each of the cardinal directions.
Imagine that.
Let us begin with East.
Go outside,
Face the East,
Give thanks.
When we rise in the morning, no matter where we are on planet earth, let’s agree to go outside. Whether it is raining, snowing, sleeting, hailing, or sunning …go outside and face the East and give thanks.
Gratitude to the Apus and the Mountains,
to the Eagles
to those who hold the Vision
Those who are calling for true leadership on planet earth
and Those who stand for the values.
The value of worth, wholeness, wellness and whealth.
We can thrive.
We can be in integrity.
We are not popular.
Many of us have lived in the secrecy of the vows of covenants for generations.
We are all coming out at this time, rising out of the woodwork. We are rising out of the forest. We are declaring the end of war. We are here to offer to humanity to choose divine will. To be at peace.
Let us surrender to the call of the East.
Now Face the South.
The way of the Condor,
the way of the Anaconda.
Here the Way of the Condor is the way of ethics and principles. How do we create our lived experience?
There are frontline workers, doing the work of needing those who are in deep despair. The first responders deserve our prayers and blessings. It is important to discern who your blessings are being offered to.
My suggestion is we expand our awareness and offer to the whole world. Excluding no-one.
I am only offering this teaching to those who are standing at the magnetic core of health and integrity.
I am offering this teaching to you as we go around the directions and around the planet how self-love, self-care, and self-compassion is really what this call is all about. It’s not a time to fight, it’s frankly not a time to protest its not a time to participate in divisiveness.
It is time to come into integrity and impeccability with the word and the calling of this time.
We need Kundalini. We need Anaconda medicine. Let us welcome the Serpents of Light to clear our nervous systems.
The Anaconda rises like a spiral up our spines. It is our inherently brilliant jungle medicine chiropractor. It cleans us.
Into the Kairos. Into the opportunity of this moment. We are not living in chronological time. Chronos will eat your creativity. This is the time to come into Kairos and be enthusiastic for calling the directions and holding these poles of intention with us.
As Grandmothers and Grandfathers.
Elders and Shamans.
Ancestors and Medicine People.
We are all together.
Imagine what is possible in this moment.
Let us reclaim ourselves as belonging to the ONE.
We are the authors of this new narrative for planet earth
Attune to these ways.
Now Face the West
The West is the place of the New Moon.
The reality is the West and the New Moon is the answer to the prayers of Tibetan Buddhists.
At the end of every Sādhanā we say, may I be reincarnated in the West.
Tara is in the West.
Invocation and intention.
Let us all look at our intentions for 2020.
Let us clarify our vision for why we are here.
Look at this.
Tara made a vow never to incarnate as a man, but to be an Enlightened Buddha Woman.
In this moment now. Imagine that your Mother is an enlightened Tara.
Imagine that your Grandmother is an enlighten Tara. Imagine the Motherline is now enlightened and you are the recipient of that light. Let them be the light into the world.
This is the time of the crystallography and the clarity of Women.
Imagine this. Every woman that you know, the Women from which you came (beautiful men you are included in this). You came from the Puma in the hips. You came from the Jaguars in the Hips. The Leopard up your spine. The Cheetahs and the Lionesses. La tigre. You came from the four-legged feminine nature! It is not a nice school. It’s not polite, it isn’t politically correct, and frankly my darlings, it is very inconvenient. And I love it! Be inconvenient and look carefully at your gene keys.
Now Face the North
and let us welcome Colibri!
The Colbri is the hummingbird. Thanks to Molly in New Mexico who blessed this Grandmother up with with a Chrysophase heart, with a Colibri rising from a galactic spiral. I want to bless you with these medicines. Whatever is in material form is a symbol of vibration.
To say a word, is to bring in a frequency.
Here in the North we are mindful of our thoughts,
our words and our actions.
This is to be adult.
All of my beautiful young people are committed to the medicine path.
We know that hidden in the forests and jungles are the medicines of the planet.
In the Amazon, it is in the heart of the Jungle. In the high Mountains of Columbia the Elder Brothers, the Kogi, all of these indigenous wisdom keepers offer teachings for future generations. These ancient cultures are rising out of isolation and breaking the silence. Because humanity has done stupid things.
Humanity has divided itself into the feminine and the masculine. Rather than returning to the knowing that we are vibration. We are energy. In this vibration of the Hummingbird, we attain **JOY** (44).
So, whatever we think, let us correct the thought quickly and shake ourselves out of the old thought. To allow ourselves to vibrate to what is natural, **JOY**. Of the Colibri. For the North.
Welcome to the North!
This is the vibration of adult, the vibration of the hummingbird,
the vibration of the Colibri.

For she has given us 14 billion years of her life
Let’s bring our palms to our bodies
to the somatic map
and offer our love and compassion to our own trauma
Welcome to the inner healer
You are one of us
